Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  2. Add eggs, mix well.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to butter mixture and mix well.
  4. Stir in oats, raisins, carrots and nuts.
  5. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten slightly.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  8. Transfer to racks to cool completely.
