Farfalle W/herbs and Scallops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and toss w/ 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Brush scallops with 1 tbsp olive oil and season w/salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a grill pan, add scallops and cook until done, 1-2 minutes per side, remove.
  6. In a large bowl whisk together remaining 8 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and cumin.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add farfalle, scallops, herbs, and toss well.
  9. Garnish with lemon wedges, serve.
