Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large skillet.
  2. Sprinkle scallops with pepper and salt.
  3. Saute until brown about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer to a plate.
  5. Add garlic and remaining oil to skillet, stir for 1 minute.
  6. Add oj, soy and orange zest to skillet, stirring until sauce boils and thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour sauce over scallops and serve.
