Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast fresh chiles until skins are charred - place in a sealed container and let steam. Peel chiles and then chop finely.
  2. Boil tomatoes just until the skins crack - cool and then remove skins; remove seeds and chop finely
  3. Chop raw onions and garlic and add to mix
  4. Chop jalapeno and add to mix
  5. Add juice of lemon
  6. Add salt and pepper and stir
  7. Cover and refridgerate for 4 hours before serving
  8. Enjoy with tortilla chips or use as a topping for other entrees
