Ingredients:

  • milk falooda:1 lt milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp gelatine
  • 1 small tin condensed milk
  • 1 sml tin cream
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powd
  • 1 tblspn sugar
  • 1/4 tsp colouring of your choice
  • water falooda:1 lt water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatine

Directions:

  1. Milk falooda:bring milk,sugar and gelatine to boil
  2. Add cream and condensed milk,cardamom and colouring
  3. Beat
  4. Water falooda:mix ingred together and bring to boil
  5. Set aside to set
  6. Layer by grating water falooda first
  7. Then milk
  8. Then bananas
  9. And so forth
  10. Top with chopped nuts and chill
  11. Best eaten a day after
