Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut tortillas into 4ths like a pie.
  3. Wrap falafel in tortillas.
  4. Deep fry till tortillas are golden (help the tortillas stay wrapped around the balls with a fork).
  5. Top with tomato, onion and parsley or cilantro, and serve with sour cream.
