Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop Vidalia Onion Coarsely. Chop Baby Carrots watch battery size (crinkle cut chops are best).
  2. Braise beef in hot skillet with Olive Oil, Garlic, and Worcestershire till almost done (still slightly pink - will cook the rest of the way while simmering). Flash Onions through the skillet, as well, till they are slightly supple but not caramelized.
  3. Pour Vegetable Cocktail into Soup Pot and add chopped carrots raw.
  4. Add Tabasco, Salt, and Pepper. Add contents of skillet.
  5. Stir, then bring to full, roiling boil as quickly as possible on very high heat.
  6. Reduce heat to minimum and simmer 45 - 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot, chill what's left. You could also substitute Ground Chicken, Pork, Turkey, or Veal if you wanted to.
