Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the banana, and slice it lengthwise in half, and then crosswise so you have 4 pieces of banana. Alternatively you can break the banana in two and smoosh it with a spatula while you are cooking it.
  2. Spread the peanut butter on one half of one side of the tortilla.
  3. Place the banana slices onto the peanut butter.
  4. Fold the tortilla over so you have a half sandwich kind of tortilla. Heat on a non-stick surface until warm. Flip and heat the other side. The idea is to lightly toast the tortilla. Serve.
