Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of mayo
  • 1/8 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of salsa ( or more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp essance of emeril
  • 1 small can of mini shrimp, drained .

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl blend cream cheese , essances, Mayo and sour cream.
  2. Fold in green onions salsa and mini shrimp.
  3. Garnish with top of 1 green onion and essance.
  4. Can be served with veggies, chips or crackers.
