  1. Mix together with mixer on medium speed, cream cheese, sour cream and mayo.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into serving dish Top with salsa, tomato, onion, green pepper, shrimp (if using) and cheese!
  4. Serve with nachos!
