Ingredients:

  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese (for protein) (optional)
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix eggnog, egg, oil, and cottage cheese together. Combine flour, soda, and salt and add to eggnog mixture. Cook on hot skillet.
  2. For waffles put an additional 1 Tablespoon oil into the mixture.
