Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Whisk wet ingredients.
  2. Add dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat pan over med heat.
  4. Ladle into pan and flip when tops are bubbly.
