Egg White Omelette with Shrimp/Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup egg white
  • 2 oz. shrimp
  • 1/2 oz. cheddar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 oz. onion
  • 1/2 oz. bell pepper
  • 1/2 oz mushroom

Directions:

  1. Saute veggie portion in 1 t olive oil.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Pour egg whites in pan.
  4. Cover until setting up.
  5. Remove cover, add shrimp cheese, and veggies.
  6. Fold.
