Omelette made with egg white subst., shrimp, cheddar, and veggies.
Ingredients:
1/2 c egg white
2 oz. shrimp
1/2 oz. cheddar
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 oz. onion
1/2 oz. bell pepper
1/2 oz mushroom
Directions:
1. Saute veggie portion in 1 t olive oil.
2. Remove from pan.
3. Pour egg whites in pan.
4. Cover until setting up.
5. Remove cover, add shrimp cheese, and veggies.
6. Fold.
