Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage or hamburger meat and drain.
  2. While meat drains, fry onions, when onions are tender whip eggs like you would to scramble, add meat, onions mix well.
  3. Pour into a cast iron frying pan.
  4. Cook over medium low heat until eggs start to set and thicken.
  5. Pour catsup over the top.
  6. Add grated cheese.
  7. Put into pre heated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or till cheese melts and turns light brown.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Let set for a few minutes.
  10. Slice like you would pie wedges and serv with grits and toast.
