Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350, scallops must be fresh not frozen. spray cookie tray, dip scallops on each side with butter, dip each side into bread crumbs, cook at 350 for 20 minutes. they will be perfectly done! My husband who is very picky, loves these!
