Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large heavy saucepan.Add onions, carrots, celery, bell pepper potatoes and oregano.
  2. Saute 10 minutes.
  3. Add clam juice and scallops.
  4. Cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add half and half, salt and pepper
  6. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  7. Stir in parsley.
  8. Serve with oyster crackers while it is piping hot.
