Easy Peasy Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs pot roast
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope lipton's beef and onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Place roast in crockpot.
  2. Mix both cans of soup and dry beefy onion seasoning in bowl, and pour over roast.
  3. Turn on low, and cook for 8 hours, or until the roast is desired tenderness.
  4. That's it - REALLY!
  5. We usually serve this with cowboy mashed potatoes and rolls.
  6. ENJOY!
