Easy Pancake Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Whisk together pancake mix, water and egg until no lumps remain. Stir in maple syrup.
  3. Line muffin tins with paper liners.
  4. Fill each muffin cup about halfway up with mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes or until done.
  6. Makes 12 muffins.
