Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Heat waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Combine pancake mix and cinnamon. Whisk in water and oil.
  3. Stir in apple.
  4. Pour 1/3 cup batter into each waffle space.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
