Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Pancake Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • chopped into chucks chocolate hershey's kisses
  • you can pretty much use any type of milk chocolate

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  3. The chocolate chunk you can add in Or sprinkle on top.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Line your muffin pan with muffin liners, or just spray pan with non-stick spray.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 min or until light brown on top.
  7. Enjoy!
