Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil in a large bowl.
  4. Beat at low speed until well blended.
  5. Stir in raisins.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 7-9 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Cool on sheets 1 minute.
  9. Remove and cool completely.
