BBQ Meatballs (Courtesy of Pioneer Woman)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine ground beef, oats, milk, 3T very finely minced onion, salt and black pepper.
  3. Roll into medium-small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  4. Place sheet in freezer for five minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes, remove meatballs from freezer and immediately dredge in unseasoned flour.
  6. Brown meatballs in canola oil until just brown.
  7. Place into a baking dish.
  8. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  9. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  10. Serve with egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or crusty French bread.
