Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Chop chicken breast and potato into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together vegetables, chicken, potato, and soup. add pepper to taste.
  4. Pour mixture into 8 X 8 square pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with 5 biscuits. brush biscuit with melted butter and sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Bake for additional 15 minutes or until biscuits are cooked.
