Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
  2. Mix melted butter, flour, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and cook over medium heat until thick.
  3. Place potatoes and ham in a large baking dish and pour cooked white sauce over them.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour covered. Bake an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
