Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and slice into medium sized chunks place in a pot and cover with water.
  2. Boil potatoes in a pot till almost done, 30 minutes.
  3. Drain potatoes.
  4. Slice sausage link into approx 1/2-inch slices.
  5. Slice onion into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  6. Place onion, polish sausage, Worcestershire and oil in a medium sized skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook approx 7 minutes repositioning as they cook.
  8. Add drained potatoes and 1 cup of water to the skillet.
  9. Simmer for 20 minutes.
