Delicous Sauteed Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • fresh green beans (snapbeans)
  • 1/2 cup of smart choice butter or any butter will work
  • 3/4 tbsp of garlic and parsly salt

Directions:

  1. Put a pot or med. fry pan on the stove(you'll need something with a lid) set heat to med-low/4
  2. Place the butter in the pan to melt
  3. Snap off the stems of the green beans and rinse well
  4. Place the beans in the pan with the melted butter
  5. Stir the beans around to make sure they are covered with butter
  6. Pour in garlic salt and chopped onions and stir
  7. Cover with lid and turn heat up to med/6
  8. Stir constantly until the beans become somewhat crinkled looking and start to brown.
  9. Serve
