Dee's Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chicken breast, cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 cup leftover pork, cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas

Directions:

  1. Add soy sauce to rice. Add more if you desire., less if you want
  2. In fry pan add bacon and fry.
  3. When cooked remove from pan.
  4. Add oil to bacon grease.
  5. Add meat to oil and cook until almost done.
  6. Add onions, scallions and celery.
  7. Fry until lightly browned.
  8. Add peas.
  9. Add rice.
  10. In separate bowl beat egg.
  11. Add to cooking rice and stir quickly to mix egg
  12. Take off heat cover pan let egg cook.
