Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a wok fry bacon until crisp. Drain well.
  2. Re-heat wok.
  3. Add the pepper, onion, cabbage, carrots and garlic. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  4. Add pork. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add rice. Cook 1 minute.
  6. Stir in peas and soy sauce. Cook 30 seconds.
