Ingredients:

  • 300 g pork
  • 300 g apples
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut the pork into cubes, and fry them on a dry frying pan.
  2. Remove the pork.
  3. Cut the onions into slices, and fry (brown) them in the lard from the pork.
  4. Remove the onions.
  5. Cut the apples into slices, and fry them tender on the frying pan, with the frying pan covered.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar over the apples.
  7. Mix the pork and onions with the apples.
  8. It tastes wonderful together with dark bread or mashed potatoes.
