Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 packages custard powder (3-4 tbsp)

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the bottom layer together and press into 9x13 pan.
  2. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Mix custard in a little cold water before adding to boiling water.
  4. Boil til thickens.
  5. Spread over the base.
  6. Top with whipping cream.
  7. Sprinkle coconut over top.
