  1. Steam potatoes in a covered steamer basket over boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Combine that with the warm potatoes and the next 4 ingredients and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts.
