Curried Crab Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup celery
  • 1/2-1 avacado
  • 3-4 tbsp of mayo
  • 1 tsp of dill
  • dash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp of curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp of old bay seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Chop crab meat into bite size peices
  2. Fine chop celery
  3. Dice avacado
  4. Mix all 12 ingredients together
  5. This can be served cool or warm (pop it in the microwave)
  6. With club crackers. Great for brunch,lunch, dinner or a snack!
  7. Adjust the ingredients to your liking :) enjoy.......
