Ingredients:

  • 1 pudding mix...yup you pick the flavor
  • pam cookin spray
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix the two mixes with a whisk
  2. Separate evenly into eight zip lock bags
  3. Get a microwave safe cup that holds a cup and half
  4. Spray cup insides with Pam
  5. Add the egg white oil and water mix for 20 sec's
  6. Micro on high for 2 minutes...check with a toothpick
