  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Steam the carrots in the apple juice in a covered saucepan, on med-low heat until crisp-tender.
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
