Ingredients:

  • 1-2 whole cucumber peeled ,deseeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp dill

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and vinegar until dissolved. Add cucumber and dill. Salt and pepper to taste.
