Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple .
  • 1 tbsp sultanas or maybe chopped dates what do you feel like
  • 1 tsp cinnamon if you want, i didnt though.
  • ( you can add more or less of each of these, or even leave em out to suit your own taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Celcius
  2. Remove the core from the apple, DONT PEEL IT, and put it in the food processor for a few shots, till its like grated. (or just grate it on a cheese grater, but thats messy)
  3. Combine the apple, oats and seeds in a lined baking tray or cake tin, whatever. Mix well.
  4. Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes, STIRRING EVERY 5 MINUTES. (don't forget to stir ok?)
  5. It may cook quicker (i think my oven's dying) so keep a close eye on it. You don't want it to burn.
  6. When it looks all golden brown like, remove from the oven and allow to cool, Then mix in sultanas/dates.
  7. Serve with natural yoghurt and milk.
