Crockpot Iced Chai Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts water
  • 8 (1/2 oz) bags black tea
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 16 whole cloves
  • 16 cardamom seeds, whole pods removed (optional)
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all but milk in crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Strain chai into pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate until cold.
  5. Add milk to individual cups.
