  1. Place the cut apple and potato on the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Pour in the apple juice.
  3. Add pork.
  4. Cover with the Kraut.
  5. Sprinkle in the Caraway seeds.
  6. Smear mustard on top.
  7. Cook on low 5 hours.
