Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into slightly bigger than bite size pieces
  2. Peel carrots and cut into pieces
  3. Peel and quarter onion into eight pieces
  4. Line bottom of crockpot with potatoes
  5. Add carrots and onions
  6. Add stewing beef
  7. Add soup, undeluted
  8. Spread soup to cover meat
  9. Add onion soup over top
  10. Cook on high covered for 4 hours
  11. Cook on low for last two hours
  12. Do not stir during this time, mix once before serving
