Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Crush potoato chips.
  3. Coat a shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Combine crushed potato chips, parsley and pepper. (A bit of cayenne can be added as well.)
  5. Brush fish filets with butter.
  6. Dredge in chips.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
