Poor Man's Lobster

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 quarts water

Directions:

  1. Add salt, vinegar and seafood seasoning to 2 quarts of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut fish into 4 pieces and add to water. Cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with melted butter.
