Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Dip chicken in milk and roll in dry mixture.
  3. Place in 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam and drizzle with butter (I spray with butter flavor Pam) then Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes If not brown turn temp up to 400-425 and bake until brown (about 15 more minutes)
