Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
  3. Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Mix the crushed corn flakes, parmesan and pepper in a pie pan.
  5. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  6. Dip chicken into egg then into corn flake crumbs to coat.
  7. Place on prepared pan.
  8. Bake 18 minutes
