Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole milk

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch, drippings, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Yield: 2-1/3 cups.
