Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tbsp dried basil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked.
  2. Add the flour and then whisk milk inches.
  3. Add the dried oregano and dried basil and stir until heated through.
  4. Serve warm.
