Chipotle Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add onion and saute until translucent.
  3. Add jalapeno, garlic, and red pepper and saute until soft.
  4. Add oregano, salt, cumin and chipotle.
  5. Decrease heat to low, add cream and cream cheese.
  6. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Remove pan from heat and stir in the jack cheese.
  8. Stir until melted and well incorporated.
  9. Keep warm on lowest heat.
