Chicken with creamy garlic sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in skillet with little or no fat and cut into cubes.
  2. Boil noodles and drain.
  3. In saucepan melt butter and add crushed garlic.
  4. When this sizzles add chopped green onion and then skim milk.
  5. At first bubble add mixture to drained noodles and stir over low heat (this helps to thicken the sauce with the noodle starch).
  6. Add parmesan and when incorporated add the chicken.
  7. Season to taste.
