Creamy Fiesta Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil in a large skillet until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Add mushrooms and the next 4 ingredients and stir well.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 15 minutes.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  7. Drain well.
  8. Place spaghetti in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  9. Top with sauce and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese.
  10. Pour milk over cheese.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  12. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated.
  13. (I bake covered).
