Creamy Chicken Bake

  1. Place the chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl and pour over the chicken.
  3. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Place the chicken on a serving plate.
  6. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken. Serves 4.
